Solare XXI is a newly established consortium committed to produce and market an innovative parabolic trough solar collector based on the research activities carried out in the framework of the Italian Solar Thermodynamic R&D programme.
The three Companies (Techint, Archimede Solar Energy and Duplomatic Oleodinamica) involved in Solare XXI are regional or global leaders in their specific field and fruitfully shared their knowledge and experience to conceive and realize a solar collector having unique characteristics in the worldwide scenario. Thanks to its special features the Solare XXI parabolic trough collector aims to be the key element of the most advanced Concentrating Solar Power plants committed to achieve the highest conversion efficiency and the best economical performances.
